Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Currumbin, Gold Coast QLD. Australian domestic deliveries arrive between 1-3 business days whilst rural areas can be expected between 3-7 business days. 

Shipping will be with either StarTrack or Australia Post, depending on the size of your order and delivery location. This will be indicated when you receive your shipping and tracking notification from us. Transit times for both carriers can be calculated here:

Standard International Shipping is 8-20 business days.
